Dedicated funds, to be capitalized when appropriate, will be managed by CoolOff Capital Management AS to be majority owned by CoolOff Capital Partners AS. CoolOff Capital will earn a reputation as a long term strategic investor within renewables only available for recognized energy producers either building new renewable capacities or recirculating capital for higher priority uses.

We will:

• acquire major, minority shareholdings with predictable, long term 1ste quartile dividends and take board positions to contribute to value creation,
• address institutional investors who value true sustainability recognized as climatability, profitability and social benefits, all three simultaneously, and adopt an offensive dividend policy,
• actively launch new funds, then dedicated to specific technologies with utilities across geography, to enable fast growth in volume and value and
• combine experienced industry leadership that knows «how to separate the wheat from the chaff» with dedicated teams combining industrial and financial skills.

We know our shortcomings being limited track record as fund managers and limited funds of our own. But we know how to overcome shortcomings when necessary.

The company will adopt the highest ethical standards in its business conduct thus avoiding dubious economies and will practice corporate transparency.
